We deliver to most countries. For addresses not located in UK, USA, Canada or Europe, we ask that you email us for a shipping quotation before placing your order.
We try to dispatch items the next working day. Larger items take longer to dispatch due to the packing requirements. Delivery times will vary according to destination. Each parcel is sent by courier and will require a signature on receipt unless specified otherwise in the booking notes. We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Sales Tax & Customs Duties
If you order from our site, for delivery outside the United Kingdom, your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information on duty and tax we suggest you contact your local Customs office.
Please also note that Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your goods, especially if your local Customs office or any other representative has difficulties getting in touch with the recipient of the parcel. To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure the delivery contact details are accurate and the recipient is expecting the parcel.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct from any refund due to the customer the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
If you are not happy with your item, we provide a 14 day grace period for returns. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning the item. We will send you a confirmation of return which will give you further instructions to help you return the goods.
Please note that, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are responsible for the full cost of returning any unwanted goods unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will agree with you the best way to return them.
Please ensure you return your statue or fountain undamaged. Once we have received it, you are entitled to a full refund, provided it is returned in perfect condition. We will endeavour to reimburse you within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the returned goods.
